On 31.03.2015, at around 18:00 HRS on the road from Prishtina – Peja, the citizen B.H, born 24.02.1985 was stopped by Kosovo Police Traffic Unit, because of over- speeding at 107 km/h at the settlement allowed speed at 50 km/h. The abovementioned persons on purpose to avoid the penalty for the committed offence, makes a fraudulent statement that is from “Intelligence”. After conducting the relevant verifications, it was corroborated that the aforesaid person has tried to mislead the security bodies.

Based on this given fact, we urge all Institutions of Republic of Kosovo and all citizens to report at 038/260-250 or at info@aki-rks.org all fraudulent cases displayed by unauthorized and irresponsible persons.
